POBUMI · EPISODE 01 · CURIOSITY
The First Crooked Line
Crooked Lines Can Bloom
A crooked line can open a whole garden of imagination. Join Bumi and Po as a little mistake becomes a new idea.
Story|The First Crooked Line

One morning, Bumi begins drawing with all her favorite colors, but the picture never looks the way she imagined. As her lines go crooked, her smile fades. Po comes closer. He does not ask her to start over; together, they look at the bend. Could it become a flower, a rainbow, or a garden no one has seen before?

Bumi picks up her crayon again. With Po beside her, she turns imperfect lines into a fresh beginning. Creativity does not have to begin with a perfect drawing. Exploring with a friend can make every try a surprising new scene.
A little thought from this episode:Not every line has to be perfect. Pause and look from another angle. A new idea may be hiding in that crooked line.
Song lyrics|Crooked Lines Can Bloom
Sing along with the original English song in Bumi and Po's garden of imagination.

Verse
A little page, a morning glow,
So many colors I could show.
My little line goes wandering,
It doesn’t look like anything.
I try again, it slips away,
My sunny smile turns cloudy gray.
Bridge
A little paw, a friend comes near,
You bring a little sunshine here.
We take our time, we find a way,
One wobbly line can start our day.
Chorus
Crooked lines can bloom like flowers,
Little heart, there’s nothing to fear.
Side by side, we’ll draw it slowly,
Rainbows grow when you are here.
Outro
A little bend, a little blue,
The world feels brighter here with you.
Our happy garden, yours and mine,
Grew from just one crooked line.
